Off to the Races

This art installation in Perham,MN was completed in 2018 with the help of the Perham community who, along with volunteers from around the nation, painted all 210 concrete turtles in the installation. The beautification of the formerly drab space was true collaborative effort that displays the ways in which art can bring people young and old together. Turtle races are held at this park every Wednesday during the summer months and is an event worth attending if you are in the area!
